Patient Participation Group

The Aims of the Patient Participation Group

We would like to know how we can improve our service to you and how you perceive our medical centre and its staff.

To help us with this, we run a patient participation group so that patients like you can have a say. We ask the members of this representative group some questions from time to time, such as what you think about our opening times or the quality of the care or service you have received. We currently meet quarterly for 2 hours in the evening.

Our aim is to gather around a hundred patients from all ages and ethnic backgrounds to get a truly representative sample of the patients we care for. We need young people, workers, retirees, people with long term conditions and people from non-British ethnic groups.

Getting Your View

The group would like to contact patients on occasion by email and/or text so that they can obtain the views of the widest group of patients possible. We would like to obtain your email address and mobile phone number to do this. Please complete the Patient Contact Form to provide your consent for this.
