The medical centre is able to offer registered patients to order repeat prescriptions online. To register to use this service please come to the reception with a  Government issued photographic ID e.g Passport or driving Licence and we will set an account for online services. Once registered, you will be able to order, prescriptions via the SystmOne online link, by App available through the App Store on IPad, IPhone & Android Phones & Tablets.

Repeat prescription slips are printed by the computer.  This allows you to re-order repeat medication without seeing the doctor every time.  After a specific number of repeats, you will be required to see the doctor or nurse for a medication review to ensure that all is well before further prescriptions are issued. This is in order to continue safe prescribing of your medication and is essential for good medical practice.

The repeat prescription slip can be handed into the surgery up to 7 days before it is due.

Alternatively you can post your repeat prescription slip to us and if you enclose a stamped addressed envelope, we will post your repeat prescription back to you.  Please allow at least one week if you choose this method.  If you have no slip, simply write your medication, as clearly as possible, onto a piece of paper.

Please note repeat prescription requests are not taken over the telephone or email as this can lead to mistakes.

Pharmacies are no-longer allowed to order on behalf of patients. This restriction has been imposed by NHS.
